Due to phenomenal demand, PICTURE THIS have added another date to their Home for Christmas tour this December. The band will now also play the Gleneagle Arena, Killarney on Saturday 20 December 2025, alongside their already announced run of sold-out arena shows.
Witness the band’s unique theatrical show with a pub, its garden and a car park on stage; party moments of a pub lock-in paired with the stripped back emotions of a trad session; a journey through the band’s best of catalogue of four albums.
The announcement follows the release of their new single Heart over Head, a collaboration with German artist Joris and a reinvention of his huge domestic hit Herz über Kopf. The track pairs Picture This’s trademark anthemic sound with Joris’ warmth and directness, bridging Irish alt-pop and German folk-pop in a powerful new version of a modern classic. The accompanying video, filmed across Dublin, captures the band in their element.
Since first emerging ten years ago in 2015, Picture This have become one of Ireland’s most successful bands, selling out arenas at home and abroad and amassing a global fanbase drawn to their heartfelt lyrics and arena-sized choruses.
