What is the Facility Fee?
At the turn of the millennium, we took the ambitious and venturesome step of self-financing a state-of-the-art venue in the heart of County Kerry – the biggest of its kind outside of Dublin. Over the past two and a half decades, Gleneagle Arena has hosted hundreds of unforgettable events and become one of Ireland’s top entertainment destinations. To keep improving your experience, we have continued to invest in upgrades to our sound, lighting, staging, and facilities. To help support this ongoing investment, a €2 facility fee has been in place since 2018 on all tickets sold via Ticketmaster. This fee goes directly towards maintaining and enhancing the venue. Thank you for being part of our journey so far and we look forward to welcoming you back to Gleneagle Arena.
Can I swap tickets from one performance to another?
No, tickets cannot be exchanged from one performance to another.
Can I get a refund on tickets?
